Browse our collection and select the design that best suits your needs. Once you’ve made your choice, click Add to Bag to proceed.

2. Receive Your Design Package

After completing your purchase, you will receive the following via email:

• A technical drawing of your chosen design

• A finishes schedule template to customize your materials

• Our Bespoke Joinery Guide to assist you through the process

3. Check & Adjust Site Dimensions

Some designs require additional measurements (such as heights and widths). 

Any missing dimensions will be highlighted in red on the drawing. To update these:

• Use a PDF editor to edit directly on the drawing

• Or, print the drawing and note the dimensions by hand

Important: Ensure your chosen joiner verifies all site dimensions before production. These drawings are for design intent only.

4. Select Your Finishes

Already have a vision for your piece? Great! Simply fill in the finishes schedule template with your chosen materials.

Need inspiration? Browse our Finishes Guide for ideas and update the schedule with details like: 

• Paint

• Colour

• Type of stone

• Wood finish, etc.
  

5. Request Pricing Quotes

To get an accurate cost estimate, contact at least three joiners or carpenters. This will provide a good understanding of market pricing. 

If quotes are higher than expected, consider:

• Asking for recommendations on cost-saving alternatives (e.g., different materials or simplified detailing).

• Check whether they provide their own shop drawings before fabrication.

• Some companies offer detailed drawings for your approval before production begins—refer to the Bespoke Joinery Guide for more details.

6. Finalize the Agreement 

Once you’ve selected a joiner, confirm:

• The final price

• The lead time for production

• The delivery costs

7. Sit Back & Relax!

With everything in place, your bespoke piece will soon be in production.
